Fondaro is for real estate agencies and independent agents, from one person to a large team. It is strongest today with international agencies in Spain selling to buyers from abroad, and it works wherever an agency sells.
What does it cost?
Fondaro costs $99 a person a month on Foundation, with no minimum, so one agent pays $99 and a team of six pays six times that. AI, calls and Video Studio are usage, billed monthly under a cap you set. You start with a free 14-day trial, card required, and you can cancel any time.
Is the website really free?
Yes. With Fondaro you pay for the CRM and the website is free, on Foundation or Growth. Asking the assistant to change your website uses your AI usage, like everything else the assistant does, and you set a monthly cap on that.
Does the assistant call my leads?
No. Ask Fondaro, the assistant in Fondaro, never calls or messages your leads on its own. It reads your real leads, calls and emails, then drafts the next step, such as an email, a note or a task, for you to approve. You dial from your browser or phone, and you press send.
Does Fondaro use my own email and phone number?
Yes. You connect your own email, calendar, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Telegram to Fondaro once, and you call from your own number or a Fondaro number in your country. Everything you send goes out from your own accounts, never from Fondaro, and everything a lead says lands on the lead.
Which countries and property sites?
Fondaro works in any country. It searches 19 property sites across 11 countries on one map, next to your own listings, and it sends your listings to JamesEdition and other international portals. Your listings and other agencies' homes on one map.
Which languages?
The Fondaro dashboard is in 11 languages: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, Slovenian, Romanian, Spanish, Finnish and Polish. You can reach your buyers in any language, and a routing rule by language sends each new lead to a colleague who speaks it.
Can I bring my leads from my current software?
